RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MiLADY, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/skincare products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered.

MiLADY is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at support@miladycosmetics.in

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-

-Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.

-Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.

-Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Renee Cosmetics Private Limited.

-The Refund for COD orders will be given in MiLADY Store credit.

-Damages due to the user’s mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.

-Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
LAYLA Cosmetics Private Limited reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories
